Are you an Ecotap charging station user?

Logging into your personal portal, requesting a charge card, activating your charging station or frequently asked questions about your charging product? You can find it all in the “Ecotap portal”.

Are you an Ecotap partner or installer?

For technical questions or support, visit the Ecotap Support Centre. There, you simply submit a ticket. Your request will automatically be forwarded to the right department, so you will be helped quickly.

We are happy to help! You can find answers to frequently asked questions and information about our products on our FAQ page and via the Ecotap Portal. If your question is not listed or you would like to receive a quote for one of our charging solutions, please fill in the contact form. You can also contact one of our official partners. They will be happy to help you with tailored advice and a suitable offer.

Ecotap partnerprogramme

We strongly believe in sustainable charging solutions and aim to support our customers in reducing their carbon footprint. Our partners consist of CPOs, Value Add Resellers and Service Partners and they can help you do this perfectly. For our end customers, they provide both products and, in some cases, services (installation, maintenance, etc).

We also use Technology Partners for applying Energy Management, for example. In this way, a well-functioning total solution can be guaranteed.

Aleksandar Tasevski joined Ecotap in 2024 as a Mechanical Engineer. With experience in sectors such as medical technology, industrial systems and consumer electronics, he now helps design and refine Ecotap’s latest generation of charging solutions.
